Lease Details - Applies to all rental listings unless otherwise noted:
One year lease is standard. Six month lease possible with additional rent consideration. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, fully refundable at completion of lease. Pet by permission only (unless otherwise noted), $200 non-refundable pet fee. $100 administration fee only charged upon approval. No application fee.
Rental Guidelines
If you are interested in one of the properties on this web site, you are welcome to drive by and inspect the property from the exterior. Some of the properties are vacant so you are welcome to look through the windows to see the interior of the property. However, we value the privacy of our clients. If the property is occupied we request you do not disturb residents. The properties are listed as vacant or occupied on the property profile. We also suggest you take the time to investigate the neighborhood and surrounding areas for schools, stores, and for the applicability of the property for its intended use as a single family residence.
After taking the time to inspect or have a friend or relative inspect the property from the exterior the next step is to complete a lease application for the opportunity to preview the interior of the property. There is no charge to submit a Lease Application and the information contained in your Application is strictly confidential. The requested information on the Application needs to be completed for all occupants over the age of eighteen that will be residing at the property.
